Return Policy:

All products are tested for defects before shipping but should it be deemed by us that there is a bona fide reason to return a unit, or should a potential customer prefer to test a unit prior to purchasing, the following costs are to be borne by the purchaser:
  1. All shipping costs
  2. 5% of the purchase price (credit card commission)
  3. 25% of the purchase price (re-build and restocking fee)
  4. Any other unforeseeable costs that may arise (import duty etc.)
  5. Be sure to ship your return by a traceable service, such as UPS, FedEx or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, and insure it accordingly. The tracking number is your proof that we have received the return. We cannot be held responsible for items returned without a tracking number or delivery confirmation.
  6. If a parcel arrives with shipping damage please advise us immediately. The unit will not be replaced in its entirety but we will immediately airmail new parts at our expense.

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your return.

The product, or products, must be received by us within two weeks of your receipt of the goods (unless we agree to an alternative) and in the same condition as it/they was/were received. We reserve the right to deduct a further amount should the product/ products be returned in less than new condition. If there is any problem at all with the product we must be advised within two weeks of receipt or it will then be deemed that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase and no refunds will be considered.
